Everything you need to know about Invessel Health & Wellness.
Your first 6 months is an investment of $3,000 in your health — most patients choose to pay in full or split it into 2 payments of $1,500. A monthly plan is also available at 6 payments of $500. Whichever option you choose, you get the same physician-led care, labs, and support built around your body from day one.
At that point, you decide what's next — there's no obligation to continue. If you want to keep your care and support going, you can choose either an annual membership at $200/month (billed as $2,400 at renewal) or a month-to-month membership at $300/month, cancellable anytime with 30 days' notice.
If you change your mind before intake begins, you can request a full refund within 5 days of your initial payment. Once intake starts, that window closes, since your care is already underway.

None.
There is a commitment of 6 months.
No.
Yes.
Yes. GLP-1 therapy is one of the tools available in your plan, when it's the right fit for your body and your goals, not a default part of every plan.
That's determined together, based on your labs, health history, and what's actually driving your results (or lack of them). It's not a self-diagnosis, it comes out of your physician visits and lab work, not a checklist you fill out on your own.
No, they are not included.
No. Medication is one tool available in your plan, not a requirement. What makes this different from working with a trainer or coach is that your plan starts with your labs, not an assumption. If your biology responds to nutrition and strength alone, that's the plan. If your labs show something nutrition and strength training can't fix on their own, medication becomes an option, under the same physician, without you having to start over somewhere else.
That's completely fine. For a lot of women, the real issue isn't motivation or their workout. It’s not knowing what's actually happening in their body hormonally and metabolically as it changes. A trainer can build you a great program, but they can't read your labs or tell you why the plan isn't working. That's the physician-led difference: your plan is built on what your body is actually doing, and adjusted as your results and labs change — not a generic protocol, and not medication by default.
GLP-1s are typically designed to be taken long term, however there can be exceptions to the rule and willing to explore alternative options with you. GLP-1s are typically designed for long-term use — this isn't a medication you take for a few months and stop. That said, every body is different, and there can be exceptions. If coming off is something you want to explore, we'll look at your labs and results together and talk through whether that's realistic for you, rather than assuming one path fits everyone.
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.
Yes. Laboratory testing is included in your membership.
Labs are typically ordered once during your initial 6-month membership and annually thereafter. Additional testing may be ordered as needed based on your health history, symptoms, or treatment plan without additional fees.
Your lab work is personalized to you. The specific tests we order depend on your health history, current concerns, medications, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all panel.
No. You do not need to complete laboratory testing before your first appointment. We’ll review your history and determine which labs are appropriate for you.
Yes. If you provide recent laboratory results, I’ll review them as part of your overall health assessment and use them to help guide your personalized care plan.
Yes. Body composition testing is included as long as you have access to a bioelectrical impedance device. The device itself is not included with your membership. However, through our affiliate partnership, Invessel Health & Wellness offers an at-home InBody device at a 15% discount.
This type of scale or handheld device sends tiny, painless electrical current through the body. Muscle holds water and conducts the current well; fat does not, so the device estimates fat and muscle. It is fast, inexpensive, and painless, but results shift with how hydrated you are and whether you have recently eaten, drunk, or exercised so it’s advisable to be performed in a fasted state.
Body composition is evaluated monthly to help us track changes in muscle mass, body fat, and overall progress over time.
Your weight tells us how much you weigh, but not what that weight is made of. Body composition helps us understand how much of your weight comes from fat, muscle, and visceral fat, giving us a more complete picture of your health and progress.
Once your intake forms are completed, your first appointment can typically be scheduled within one week.
During your first six months, appointments are 60 minutes to allow enough time for a thorough evaluation and personalized care planning.
During the first six months, you’ll have 4 weekly visits, 4 biweekly visits, and 3 monthly visits. If you choose to continue your membership after the initial six months, visits will transition to 30-minute monthly appointments.
All appointments are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive personalized care from wherever you are.
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know you, understand your health history and goals, and determine whether Invessel Health & Wellness is the right fit for your needs.
Your next appointment will be scheduled at the end of each visit, so you’ll always know when we’ll meet next.
You can message your healthcare team anytime through the secure patient portal.
